Built in 1998, in the style of a traditional Andalucian finca, Casa Rosa features the bricked arches and pillars so typical of this area. The inside of the house has wooden beamed ceilings throughout, whilst the rustic wooden staircase to the upper floor makes an attractive feature in the spacious open plan living/dining area, with its comfortable seating for 6 people, including dining. The terracotta tiled floors and white walls create an aura of cool and elegance, whilst for the cooler months, the fireplace with wood burning stove transforms the house into a cosy home in which to relax. There is satellite television, video and DVD player, and a hif fi system for CD, cassette or radio. All the windows have wooden shutters and protective mosquito nets. The three spacious bedrooms are all air conditioned, as is the main living area. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, with king sized bed, traditional built in wardrobes and adjacent bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are on the upper floor, one double bedded, overlooking the mountains and adjoining almond orchard. The third twin bedded room overlooks the gardens at the rear of the property. Both rooms have ample sized free-standing wardrobes and dressing tables. The second bathroom is also on the upper floor, in between the two bedrooms; it is fitted with shower, bath, bidet, toilet and cabinet, and decorated with traditional Andalucian tiles. The fully fitted kitchen is to the side of the house, overlooking the driveway and garden, with access to the rear terrace which catches the early morning sun; - perfect for the first coffee of the day ! The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. You will also find an iron, and ironing board, a liquidiser and a juicer; - for all those oranges; some of which are ready to be picked on the trees in the garden, ( in the early months of the year). The house sleeps 6 people; and smoking is permitted.
