Our normal changeover days are Saturday. However, out of mid and high season we can be flexible with regard to arrival and departure dates. Normal access time to the villa is 4pm. This is to allow time for cleaning and preparation between guests, as normal check out time is 11am. Again, flexibility of these times, out of high season, can be considered. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before the due arrival date. (Full payment required if booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival). * A refundable security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment against the possibility of damages/breakages etc (to be returned within 2 weeks after departure). * It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance at the time of booking in case of cancellation. * Cancellation refunds: - Up to 8 weeks providing balance not received - no refund 4-6 weeks - 50% of balance paid refunded 2-4 weeks 25% of balance paid refunded Less than 2 weeks - no refund * Once we have received your deposit, our agent in Alcaucin will contact you regarding arrival times etc. He will arrange to meet and greet you at Casa Rosa at the estimated time of your arrival. He will also be contactable should any problems occur during your stay. * All linen and towels are provided, except beach and pool towels. * Maid service is available is you wish to pay for further cleaning other than the inclusive mid-holiday clean and change of linen,
