The mature gardens that never seem to stop flowering, even in the heat of summer, create a beautiful backdrop to the ample terracing surrounding the 8’ x 4’ pool, providing a perfect spot for keen sunbathers wanting total privacy. The shady terrace area, covered with bougainvillea and jasmine give a wild scent to the atmosphere, creating an ideal are for alfresco dining.
To the side of the covered shady terrace, and in an area covered with creepers there is a built in BBQ with adjoining work top. Here we keep a smaller table and canvas directors chairs for those who prefer their drinks or lunch in the sun. Sun loungers, umbrellas and poolside drinks tables are also available.
For those breezier days there is a sheltered, walled, suntrapped patio, so there is no excuse not to enjoy the endless hours of sun.
From the sun terrace one can walk down the steps to the second area of the garden, where the threshing circle has been made into a feature where you can sit on the bench and take in the peace, soliitude and views of the mountains and the Zafarraya Pass; then down more steps to the third area, our newly created orchard of fuit, olive and almond trees which are all now maturing nicely.
In the evenings, the stunning views across the valley and mountains, coupled with the amazing dramatic sunsets all create the perfect tranquil setting for a pre-dinner cocktail to be remembered.
A large double garage at the rear of the property gives ample parking, not that it is required as there is a 200 metre driveway to the villa.
